The AI tools are a great addition, but I am most excited about inline editing. When I write newsletter text, I am constantly making changes, looking at layout, reviewing, making changes, looking at layout, reviewing... until it is perfect. The fact I can do it all without leaving is a game-changer for me. By removing the back and forth, I can be more creative and focus on ideas rather than editing interruptions. This inline functionality (along with the AI tools) puts MailerLite's Drag & drop editor is a league of its own.
I change my review to one star. Their support are late, I don't receive a response after 48 hours and lost an important campaign.
The newest updates are 100% customer focused: significantly streamlined workflows, ensured brand consistency, improvement in the quality and engagement of the content. I wholeheartedly recommend giving these new features a try. You won't be disappointed!
10/10 email marketing software. Everything you could need in one place. From an easy to use UX with powerful features that honestly do everything you could ask for, I don't need to look anywhere else. Perfect for simply creating a campaign quickly (they even have great templates you can use!) to creating advanced, detailed automations, you're sorted with Mailerlite. Plus, their customer support are super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend.
