It's like having a magic wand that helps you make and send emails really fast, and then it has just the right amount of analytics to get out! You can even make emails that talk directly to what different segments of customers like, which means they're more likely to read them. If you ever get stuck or something doesn't work, there's always a friendly staff member ready to help you out. Using Mailercloud has made sending emails way easier (especially with the new webhooks feature), and it's awesome for anyone who wants an alternative emailing software without breaking the bank.
Beware of Misleading Claims and Poor Customer Support My encounter with Mailercloud left much to be desired. Despite their promises of unlimited email sending capability, the reality was far from it. Upon logging in, I was surprised to find out that I was restricted to sending only 5000 emails per day. This stark contrast between their marketing claims and actual service felt like a betrayal of trust. Adding to the frustration, Mailercloud mentions a temporary daily limit on emails to prevent spam activity, but conveniently fails to disclose that this limit is capped at 5000 emails. For users with larger subscriber lists, such as myself, this limitation felt like a slap in the face and raised serious doubts about the integrity of their business practices. My attempts to seek assistance from Mailercloud's customer support proved equally disappointing. Instead of receiving personalized assistance, I was met with generic, automated responses that did little to address my concerns. It was evident that genuine customer care was sorely lacking. What was most concerning, however, was Mailercloud's apparent lack of commitment to resolving issues. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue to rectify the situation, they seemed more inclined to offer a quick refund as a means of brushing aside the problem. In light of these experiences, it begs the question: how can users trust Mailercloud with the vital task of delivering their emails when their business practices appear deceptive and their customer support lacks sincerity? For those seeking a reliable email marketing solution, Mailercloud falls short of expectations and leaves much to be desired. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.
