Oh!, it's really weird that even with all my documents and verification of my account, they still don't allow withdrawal and it clearly doesn't make sense. Submitted it to (ERIB .IO or via WhatsApp +1 (657) 257‑9856 and luckily got it back. I really advise everyone not to do anything with Coinbase.
