Honestly, my biggest take away from working with chris/adam through the loops trial is that they just get what i'm trying to do. We (Clerk) migrated over from intercom to ortto (formerly autopilot) and are now on loops for our changelogs and outbound email campaigns. The editing experience is much smoother, the quality of support is ridiculously high and the future roadmap plans will enable me to bring a higher level of design and polish to our emails without having to jenga with these archaic tools. Love it so far!
Using Loops at Index and having a great experience so far. Felt like a no-brainer to dodge the clunky UX and bloat of all the acquired tools with checked-out leadership teams. Chris and the team have been super responsive. Would recommend and was not asked or incentivized to write this note :)

An email platform that feels and operates like it was actually built for the 21st century. Huge sigh of relief was breathed when we found this, having previously used SendGrid and Mailchimp. Awesome stuff!

We use Loops at Arcane and have been loving it. In the past I've used Hubspot and by far have been impressed with Loops to never want to go back to Hubspot again
Congratulations on your product launch! It appears to be a great product. Could you please explain how you differentiate from competitors such as reply.io? Currently we are using reply.io so what reasons should I consider for switching to your tool?
We've only been using Loops for a month, and already are loving it! Such an elegant and fun email tool!! We love how developer friendly it is, while also being friendly to non-dev staff (🙋🏻♀️). Congrats on the launch!
