Quite accurate with the auto tagging! I use the trial version and found the transcription and tagging super efficient for my user interview analysis

The speed and ease at which it uploads my call recordings generates the transcript and AI notes is super amazing! Love the fact that it links the actual transcript snippet with the AI notes. Kudos to the team!
