I tried many Other Apps, to name a few : Notion, Obsidian, Anki, Remnote. Now I settled on Logseq mainly b/c it's FOSS + Notes are in MD files + Got Flashcards & Linking functions. it's not perfect but still I feel Lucky I found it, and the nice thing is that I can sync my Logseq flashcards back to Anki. That's Great , A tool that doesn't just wanna suck subscriptions out of you !! how refreshing ! TYSM
It’s the most useful tool for my productivity. I use it to take meeting notes, organize my research, project management, and so on. Whenever I find an interesting post on twitter or a video on youtube, I keep track of it along with my notes with Logseq.
A perfect alternative if you need a x-platform note/knowledge managing tool that keeps your data in a format that is future proof (Markdown) - so that they are not lost even in case the software would be discontinued. An advantage not to be underestimated. I prefer it to more popular Obisdian - as it has no restriction & I can use it for my private and corperate work. I used Obsidian as well - until I got aware of this - yes, there are less plugins, but there is everything (& more) than I require and expect from my knowledge database.
Awesome work guys !!! I really like the navigation with the graph. Better than in a lot of other apps. Great roadmap. Keep going. Thx a lot.
I've been trying to find a robust, straight-forward and versatile platform for hosting information for an NGO project I'm working with as a hobby, preferably open source and free since we are are volunteers in this project. Logseq is all of those, and actually offers really versatile features. To use the more advanced queries there is a bit of a learning curve and the documentation is partially a bit thin, but its understandable since it is an open source project and evolving fast.
Best note app with linking note I had ever used. The only thing I would want more is the sync with mobile, ipad ....
