Terrible experience with this company. Their quality is sub par and their friendliness and service is 1/10.
They really delivered the goods, I opted for the Ultralivery service and I couldn't get anything better. I’m really happy with the results! Working with their team was indeed a pleasure, the level of collaboration and communication was an excellent outcome. The end results are impressive and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and look forward to continuing to work together.
I am yet to use Logolivery but I have witnessed how they treat their customers and the quality of their work. All you have to do is look up the owners socials to see how he treats his customers.
The whole process went smooth, I made a very detailed briefing with some examples and inspiration. When I got the design I could really notice that they payed attention to the briefing. There was only one small bug, for some reason I wasn't able to enter the briefing via the website form. But within 15 minutes they already reached out via Whatsapp to help me and I was able to send the briefing via email. Overall very happy with the design.
I'm honestly so disappointed with the service and delivery from Logo Livery. Both concepts delivered were amateur, thoughtless and looked like something generated from an AI tool. The designer informed me that he would be delayed as he was "overwhelmed with other client logos" and then 24 hours later submits work that you could see was rushed. When I complained, Pavel handled it very poorly, getting on the defensive and offering no solution other than purchasing from them again so that I can get a new concept - zero sense! I will not be using this logo and I would not recommend Logo Livery to anyone - the attractive pricing is simply not worth it. I can also see Pavel defending his mediocre work here on Product Hunt and it really is not the way to handle customer feedback.
Had to give it a try with an actual project and turned out pretty good. This is a streamlined service you can count on any get your good result in short time.
Medium amateur work. But for this price I didn't expect much more. The two concepts requested were actually only one, and designer Veronika admitted as well. Zero communication. In the end, delivery time was 7 days instead of 5. Overall communication is pretty poor, nice platform, mediocre brand. Nothing more. I tested 4 services at the same time, unfortunately Logolivery was by far the biggest disappointment for me.
