Customer support for a faulty keyboard has been very poor. I ordered a G815 keyboard less than 2 years ago, and keys have already started mistyping/typing extra. This isn't the issue I have that I gave 1 star for. The issue is that even though this keyboard is legitimately under warranty, customer support has been flaky at best. At first I was told I would be sent a replacement. After the replacement didn't arrive, I was told I needed to upload a video of the issue. After uploading that video, they added requirements to the video (???). Anyway, long story short, not only did their hardware fail in under 2 years, they make it nearly impossible to submit a warranty claim. I've had better success trying to get ice cream from mcdonalds.
