It's really #1 in wordpress development but The only reason I stopped using it was the lack of ioncube loader support.

Importing websites Import in a flash and convert db and domain, just follow the guidelines given and in no time you have the ability to import a website locally into wordpress. 2. Work directly with the real domain Redirect the real domain to the local installation in one click and generate the SSL certificate. N.B.: Remember to change the record in /etc/host (if you use Windows) to access the online server again
