Hello everyone,
My name is William, and I am the originator of the Linkeo project, which will be available in a few days. I have been working as an independent recruiter for the past year, assisting small and medium-sized French businesses in recruiting technical profiles in France and Europe.
In the scope of my activity, I dedicate a significant amount of time to searching for candidates that match my job postings. On average, this amounts to 12 hours per week, which is about 30% of my working time, a substantial percentage. I then reached out to other recruitment professionals, and our exchanges revealed that they also spent a considerable amount of time matching CVs with job offers.
This is how I came up with the idea of developing an assistant that would allow recruitment professionals to automate the process of matching CVs with job advertisements. Through this assistant, my aim is to provide them with the ability to:
- Reduce this time-consuming step.
- Save up to 25% of their time by optimizing preliminary interviews with the most suitable candidates.
- Make informed decisions with the help of an assistant that aids them in better understanding candidate profiles.
As of today, the website is in its final stages of development. Version 1 will be in French, but an English version will be available shortly thereafter.
My hope is that this solution can, just as it has for me, serve as supplementary support for recruiters, enabling them to save time and focus on high-value tasks.
