Been using Leadsbridge since the AppSumo deal a few years ago. Unfortunately there's no support and they're slow to catch up to Facebook's API.
I have been using leads bridge for several months and had a problem with integrating my CRM. They quickly responded to me and built a custom integration. I highly recommend them.
