This is a great add on to GSheets (and I guess Excel) to allow selective sharing and cross-team data collection in a controlled manner. The onboarding experience could be slightly simplified, I feel: it takes a bit to understand what's really going on, i.e. what a workflow is, etc... Apart from that, a product with a lot of value and potential.

We recently adopted Layer to support with our reporting procedures and we have had fantastic results - namely through reducing the time spent on requesting and aggregating routine information requests. The product provides a seamless experience, where you can easily setup workflows to request information, catered to your preferred cadence, with a great level of customisation which adds a professional, company-branded touch when issuing external data requests. We have had amazing feedback on the product since rolling it out earlier this year, both internally and externally. Importantly, the team has provided us with a superb level of support when needed and we have already seen a wide range of new features added in the short time since adoption which has greatly benefited the overall experience.
