launchpass has given me the tools to be able to monetize my community and takes care of the charges while I focus on my community.
I think launchpass is a great company. Their customer services is very helpful and quick to respond.
I had to use launchpass a few months ago for a subscription. After canceling the subscription, it was renewed for some reason. Now I'm trying to get my money back. The launchpass support is less than helpful; It's just an AI that tells me I have to get my money back from the service that I'm subscribed to for some reason. Worst service ever.
The Team at Launchpass have been fantastic from daily support to the one on one calls when it has been required amazing throughout my time so far as a Discord Business owner anything I need or require answers to the speed of which everything is done it is a great service I recommend to anyone
