I like the solution, but not sure if I'd use it for the use cases you target. Interview prepping is an important matter to tackle for candidates. For me, I'd use it to train on public speaking. Any entrepreneur could find this really helpful for that. In fact, I've tried 3+ tools for that matter and none of them helped. The metrics you deliver are the ones I was looking for. But as a startup, I wouldn't need to have the information on my employee assessments. I'd like them to use it for self-assessment. Maybe I'm having the wrong perspective. UI/UX is great although I can't seem to understand the reasoning behind "Free forever". Congrats to the team and keep up the work!
