I have used the product, and the overall experience is good, but the UX could be better, and the company should change the price plan.
I purchased the 300 minutes tier and used the noise removal option with a normal processing level. As a result, some minutes were deducted for the operation. But I am not satisfied with the result, as the algorithm could have done better near the end of the file. So I decided to apply a mild processing level for the same file, but I need to start a new processing job this time. As a result, more minutes will be deducted for the operation.
I contacted support, and they said there was no option but to start a new job and advised me to use the preview option, which is 1 minute long and stars from the beginning.
The question is, How can I understand whether your algorithm did well on the entire file without paying for minutes? You need more than your preview option.
