Your Black Friday offer was advertised on your website all day, but when I tried to use the promo code, it had already expired. Despite the offer still being displayed, I was unable to complete my purchase.
I emailed your team to resolve this issue but have not received any response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially as I was prepared to purchase your most expensive plan.
It’s disappointing that you did not honor the advertised deal and failed to clarify when it ended. Clear communication and prompt responses are essential, and this experience has been very unsatisfactory.
