So powerful, i recently found it through a youtube video, very simple to use and performant, i love it.
I've tried using Klap and for the first video it was okay. Now they're charging me and saying I don't have a paid account. I tried to resolve this for over a week and cannot get anyone from the Klap to help. I believe this is a scam - please protect yourself!
It has great potential but the devs don't seem to care about it. I've joined their Discord server (which, to be honest, isn't great for support) and asked. No one from Klap's team answers. I have to integrate Klap into one of my projects to auto generate captions. The API documentation is outdated, incomplete and is a pain in the a** to read and understand, even their typescript example simply doesn't work. From what I've seen on the web UI, it is great with lots of potential but the developers literally waste it, the main dev also leaks customer emails on his Twitter/X account which is unacceptable. The pricing is also very high (why should I pay to export/download a video? It's already pretty expensive to just generate one...) Looks more like a scam than anything else.
great potential, makes the video editing process super fast but the engineers keep making iterations interrupting the user experience of using the app because now the performance and usability are having issues. the founders also changed the membership tiers after I already paid without notifying anyone. y'all have a product users are using but it feels like some dummy project that these founders treat as a joke.
This is an amazing experience for all content creators to 5x their work speed. Before using this app I had to use a text to speech service, another software to edit and tune the subtitles, another one to apply animations and another one to video edit. Klap intelligently does all these tasks and curates the content at the same time. And all of this for free. Can you believe it?
