Awful customer service! They send a payment to paddle.net without specifying it's from them. And then the credits don't show up because I thought my paypal was scammed and I reported the transaction, which was instantly removed by paypal because it was legit from their eyes. But I have zero credit, money taken, and their customer service is absolutely useless!
They have a "credit" system that they use, but they use it to screw over their customers by using an expiration system to take your money. I bought a bunch of credits and when I was finally ready to use it - it showed 0 credits. I asked them about this, thinking it was an error, and they simply said "The credits that you purchased on Nov 17, 2021, have expired. Credits expire after a year of purchase."
They never made users aware of this when purchasing and there's literally no reason to do this other than to take money from customers.
I would advise you to NOT spend your money with this company.
I’ve been using Keyword Everywhere as my go‑to browser add‑on for quick keyword insights, and it consistently delivers at a glance. As I browse Google, YouTube, or Amazon, it overlays monthly search volume, CPC, and competition metrics right in the results—no extra clicks needed. The “Related” and “People Also Search For” panels surface fresh keyword ideas I might’ve missed, and the trending searches widget helps me catch emerging topics before they peak.
It’s incredibly lightweight and intuitive: install the extension, buy a small block of credits, and you’re off to the races. On the downside, the metrics sometimes lag slightly behind top‑tier platforms, and heavy users may find the credit system adds up. But for rapid, in‑browser keyword research without firing up a full SEO suite, Keyword Everywhere is hard to beat.
