@david_clifford9 LOL that's the idea. Just need to stop an pause and do it more often. Don't need an app ;) App has helped my students. More of a way of reminding oneself. As you practice more often then your attention grows. As you attention grows you then become more self aware. Self awareness is the key to strong Emotional Intelligence skills. And the key to EQ is attention training. So just begin focusing on one's breath. http://bit.ly/eq-attention
