It put a lot of importance on my SKILLS even though the skills were mostly related to me 10 years ago
I struggled to scroll to the bottom of the screen because there was no side scroller or rag scroller (only keyboard)
There were a few job matches which was really useful.
I guess the big thing here is to get the candidates using your platform over the thousands there are (that's always been the big struggle for jobs-board esque businesses)
