At Lettria, we recently started using Jimo and are publishing our first feature tours and feedback widgets, and are very satisfied with how to set them up compared with tools we tried previously. We look forward to very soon be using Jimo for all in-app changelogs and release announcements, since we notice some of our regular users don't necessarily read our email newsletter.
I've been using Jimo since its early beta stage, and the product's evolution has been truly impressive. I'm looking forward to this new phase and the ones after that. This product really is fantastic.

As an early-stage startup, time is precious and iteration is key. Jimo helped us to create onboarding flow seemlessly and it was easy for my non-technical teammates to help me in the process.
Congrats to the team for you launch! I really like how easy it is to test the product. The learning curve is great and the team very reactive and open to feedbacks. It gives the possibility for product teams to implement guidance, test things and look for feedbacks without asking things from devs. Thanks for your work and keep going!
We were using Appcues, but wanted a product that was more release/changelog and feedback oriented. We have looked at many different of options, all from UseItFul, Canny to Beamer/GetBeamer/Changelog.io with more. The overal usability and flexibility to create great looking and easy to use flows are at a higher level at Jimo. Removing assistance from devs, and from Jimo, enabling us to work upspeed and effecient. We are all really looking forward to using the product even more. It do seem to be a perfect fit with our highly successful and quite mature B2B-solution.
We have been using JIMO for 6 months now. We use it to onboard our Users, to showcase them new features and to collect insights. Jimo is both very powerfull and very easy to manage for non-tech team. I can't imagine stopping using JIMO !!
Congratulations on the launch! Glad I came across this on PH because I was just figuring out how to craft a seamless user onboarding flow but didn't have enough bandwidth to do the custom engineering work required. Can't wait to try it out!
