I use PhpStorm on a daily basis and IntelliJ IDEA every now and then when working on side projects. As soon as I switched to using these IDEs, I could never see myself using anything else. They're full of so many powerful features that can really help with development and testing.
Product just works and are made as they should be, can't even nitpick
JetBrains is a really cool product. It makes development at least 2x faster.
We love JetBrains tools and have been using PHPStorm any time over anything else!
Congrats on the launch! Is indeed a very 'crowded space' but it you get it right you will make it. Essentials from first sight: - CRM integration - see all customer journeys and needs - Channels to create a ticket. The form is a very good idea but the business needs to go further: chats, socials, email. etc Love the workflows and automation. IS the most important part to gain productivity. Alerts, and notification for too-long waiting tickets are a must so going in the right direction.
A very cool ecosystem for working on different classes of applications. It is convenient that you can developapplications in PHP (PhpStorm), Python (PyCharm), front-end (WebStorm) and at the same time remain in a familiar and flexible environment.
