Before, I 100% supported this product. I even took the time to send feedback and screenshot all the errors and bugs. But now, this site has been abandoned and sold to another company, and all their blogs are gone. Avoid using this. I liked the vision before, but after it was sold to another company, it became abandoned and useless. What a shame; the product had great potential.
I would reward them negative stars if I could. The site is relatively easy to create but the customer service is nonexistent. They require prior approval to add custom coding like a countdown and even at times a google map. The problem is the approval almost never happens. When I contacted them a year ago on some other issues, the response times was abysmal. These days, when I simply ask them to approve a code they don't even answer. It's been at least a month of no responses. I have never received such a lack of response from a business. They simply do not care. This, mind you, is the level of service for the premium package which I purchased (I don't have the free version; they no longer offer free versions). Imagine upgrading the price but not the service. I will cancel as soon as I am able.
