I'm the Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Gruntwork, where I've been working with the Intuned product for a few weeks now and we love the product. We've had data in ZenDesk, GitHub, Jira, and Linear, and were craving visibility for this. We had assumed that getting analytics, metrics, and alerting on this data would mean setting up a 3-part pipeline that required a way to capture data (like Segment), a way to store the data (like Snowflake), and a way to query/visualize the data (like Mode). This was complex and expensive so the effort never really took off. I found Intuned and realized we can use a single product to handle all of this with way less work and expense on our part.
