Great app for targeted networking! I was looking to connect with project managers in tech, and the app did a great job of showing me relevant profiles. After a few days, I had genuine chats with people who actually work in the same field. It’s rare to find a platform that helps build meaningful connections without too much noise
I was curious and looking for a different options as LI and other popular platforms are just a resume collection points. So I filled out the „form” and got to the - NO, not job offers I was looking for, but paid subscription plans. I decided to read the Terms&Conditions. And no. I do not recommend paying for anything like this. This business model is evil and wrong. Not recommend.
the intch update is seriously dope. Job relevance is way up, and support helped me get a job despite some bugs.
Honestly, at first I wasn’t sure if Intch was the right platform for me. I’m a designer and wasn’t getting the kind of jobs I wanted, but after I added some recommendations from old colleagues, the job offers got better. Now I’ve got way more connections, and it feels like I’m more visible to the right people.
Okay experience so far. I’ve landed a couple of gigs, but I feel that the site could do more to assist freelancers. The resources for improving profiles are limited. Pros: Some great listings. Cons: Need for more guidance for new users. I’m still hopeful for better resources in the future.
As a small business owner, Intch has been a game-changer for me. The sleek design and ease of use made it simple to post a listing for a project I needed help with. Within days, I got responses from qualified professionals, and I hired someone for a design job. The subscription price is worth it for the quality of talent I’ve found here.
The platform is about job search, but in general there are a lot of cool guys here, with whom you can network, many c levels. I use intch to search for a job + on professional issues, when I need an expert consultation + so that someone can recommend someone to hire (designers, developers, marketing)
The network of contacts is limited and the subscription cost is not recovered. The concept of share capital is poorly implemented. I will not renew my subscription.
A former colleague invited me to leave a review about himself. I liked the way his resume looked on intch and the concept was pretty cool. So I registered and paid for a year. I like that the site hasn't become cluttered with posts about successful success yet and is focused on finding a job or advice or consultations
I am a designer, I worked in several companies, but not big names like Apple, so it was not so easy for me to find a job when layoffs happened (yes, they happen not only in big companies) So I tried different freelance platforms, but they are too focused on project work and I was looking for something more long-term (several part-time or one full-time job). I was looking for a job for about 5 months and finally found it, thanks to a contact I got on Intch. So I am happy.
