I am 10 months in and my 2nd dental appointment.... my Dentist was shocked at how clean my teeth were. I will continue to use my Instafloss for sure, but I still do floss at least a couple times a week. It does not get out all the food at least on my tight teeth. The power is very strong and can be adjusted, but it takes some getting used to. It is a little larger than I thought it would be, but I really do feel my teeth are cleaner after using it. I will continue to use this. I think new versions that the company makes will be much better, I am an early user and my sink has a pull out handle spray so it is very easy for me to fill and use each night. Every so often I remove the water container to give it a good cleaning.
I was one of the first to receive an Instafloss unit, and I have to say, my initial experience was mixed. The unit I received had a couple of issues right out of the box, which was disappointing. However, the customer service team went above and beyond to address my concerns. They were incredibly responsive and promptly sent me a replacement unit.
The new unit works perfectly, and I'm now a huge fan of Instafloss. The instructions are simple, and the flossing experience is enjoyable. I used to dread flossing, but now I find myself looking forward to it every day. The unit is slightly larger than my old water flosser, but it fits well on my counter and doesn't take up much space. The motor noise is comparable to other water flossers, which gives a sense of power as I floss.
Overall, despite the rocky start, Instafloss has proven to be a fantastic addition to my mornig routine. In fact, I have a dental visit in a couple weeks and I'm eager to see what they say about my oral health! The customer service alone makes it worth trying, and I'm glad I stuck with it through the initial hiccups. Highly recommended!
Instafloss has finally gotten me to floss. The instructions are simple and the floss feels very good. I now floss 3x a day and actually look forward to it. The unit is slightly larger than my old waterpik (which I never used because it was annoying) but that's ok because the footprint on my counter is roughly the same. It has a motor noise, which all water flossers due, I guess, so you can imagine the feeling of power as you floss. I was one of the kickstarter backers and I waited many years for this and I'm glad it finally arrived. I'm also glad I wasn't the first to get it -- in the Kickstarter comments, it seems that the first batch of units people got were defective, which sucks, but they gave refunds. I chose to wait until the 3rd batch of units went out and I'm not experiencing any of the issues reported by the first batch (and a little by the 2nd batch). It seems like it was a rocky start for them, but it's worth the wait!!
Instafloss is the worst thing I’ve ever bought on the internet. After waiting 3 years for it between purchase and delivery, it finally arrived last month and to say I’m underwhelmed is an understatement. It looks cheap, feels cheap, and parts were loose and falling off as soon as it came out of the box. All that could be forgiven if it worked well, but alas, it is about as effective as swishing some water around in your mouth for a few seconds. Save yourself the money and disappointment and just buy a waterpik. At least it will work.
Piece of crap. The base is large, bulky, leaky, and the flosser is so large it doesnt fit well in man's mouth, plus a measly 30 day return policy. What a waste of money.
I have the updated version of the Instafloss. I've noticed all bad reviews are the early ones who agreed to be beta testers ...I guess they didn't understand that they were supposed to give feedback for the final version. I LOVE MY INSTAFLOSS. But don't take it from me: I went to my dental hygienist after using the Instafloss for 2 months and she said that my gums are healthier than they've ever been. The data doesn't lie. THANK YOU INSTAFLOSS
