I’m genuinely impressed with Impakt AI Coach! Last week, I met up with my group of friends near the beach, because it was such a nice day, and we ended up chatting about fitness apps. I explained to them how Impakt is like Strava, but so much better.
What makes it incredible is the chat feature. You can tell it exactly what you want: the areas you want to work on , the days you’re free, how long you want to train and your goal (weather it’s building strength, losing weight, or just staying active). You can even exclude certain areas, for personal reasons, and the app supports in multiple languages, which is such a thoughtful touch. Once your routine is ready, you tap on it, and a virtual instructor guides you through the entire workout. You place your phone on the floor, and the camera tracks everything—whether you’re doing the exercise correctly or not. It even gives real-time corrections to help you improve your posture, which is a game-changer.
At the end of the session, it shows you detailed metrics: how many exercises you completed, calories burned, and it all adds up on your profile. Plus, you can share your progress with the community if you want. One of my friends was hesitant about sharing videos of himself training, but I told him he could just share his workout results without any video—it’s totally optional.
The app is free, and there’s no limit to how many workouts you can do. My friend gave it a try, and now he’s inviting all his friends to join. The best part? His friends are copying his workout routines, and he’s basically become their fitness leader! All thanks to Impakt’s AI Coach.
Honestly, it’s such a powerful app, and I trust it completely. If you’re looking for something that’s motivating, easy to use, and genuinely effective, I can’t recommend it enough. We’re hooked! 💪
