I've been using Impakt to count my pushup reps by creating incrementally harder pushup workouts. Over the course of a few months I've noticed improvements in the number of pushups I've been able to do.
I found Impakt to be an awesome tool to add to my personal fitness regime. I am a really busy person and was looking for a program that would help me feel empowered and hold me accountable and I feel that I have found this with Impakt! I think I’ve started this year off right and look forward to what results I’ll be bringing home in 2024 with the help of Impakt
