As a team of two for our Security Compliance department and during a major change to our audit process this year, moving from spreadsheets and Jira tickets to Hyperproof made everything so much easier to prepare, track and monitor. As well, their Customer Experience team is incredible from helping to answer my questions, updating me on new product features as well as keeping track on my Help Desk tickets when I required assistance. Whether a company is launching into a new market, signing a new customer, or finalizing a merger, compliance standards are a critical indicator of trust and validation. We can think of a company’s unique compliance program as a reflection of their organizational values, be they security, data privacy, sustainability, or equity (and in many cases all of the above). So compliance programs do indeed make things safer but they are also a source of significant information as companies make their most important decisions.
