Matt here, founder of Hunch. I've worked as a designer for twenty years, focusing on customer discovery conversations. I've now done my best to build a simple product that helps people learn to have customer conversations that discover their needs.
It is a free iOS/macOS note app, that can be a place to collect your conversation transcripts. It all runs on device so you have everything fast and secure. It works with markdown files so you can use it alongside other note apps like Obsidian.
There is a guide in the app as to how to improve your customer discovery conversations, and if you choose to analyse your conversations with the open ai api, you can use that with your own open ai api key (ie. hunch doesn't have a subscription).
