Heartery is a great tool for managing life with hypertension. It helps me making better, healthier choices in my daily life and monitor my blood pressure in a daily basis.
I'm really impressed with the Salt Monitor, it is super handy and easy to use and it has been a huge help. Plus, the Exercise Plan has been working as promised, my blood pressure has actually stayed down for a while now!
I sometimes suffer from panic attacks and general anxiety syndrome, and this app helps me out monitor the blood pressure and decide whether I should use the medicine or not.
