Hi Everyone, I know you're probably going to see a slew of these custom GPTs and there's nothing crazy impressive about building one but I felt this was a really great use case so I spent some time feeding the GPT all of Amy's writings and recordings. Amy is my partner (so I am not a neutral arbiter here) and I hear her on the phone literally all day long coaching women and men through heartbreak. She wrote a book called Breakup Bootcamp for Harpers a few years ago and runs Breakup Bootcamp, an actual 3 day retreat. She also just put out a podcast called, you guessed it, Breakup Bootcamp with Cake Media a few weeks ago. She's been featured in the New York Times, LA Times and like two dozen other outlets. She's not a therapist or a doctor but she has nearly a dozen years helping people understand what went wrong, heal from it and create new lasting love. She's busy all day long and doesn't really have time to speak with people individually anymore so I thought this might be a nice way to deliver her tools to a broader audience. Unfortunately, it requires a Chat GPT Pro account like all custom GPTs right now. The GPT is still learning but it's a good listener and I think gives pretty good advice, but remember if you're having feelings of self harm there are good people to talk to who can actually help.
