HealthUnlocked for iPhone

Hi everyone, I'm the CPO of HealthUnlocked, the social network for health. We partner with patient orgs and non-profits to build disease and wellness communities in the platform. We know that 70% of users didn't know another person with their disease. So, connecting them in this way is hugely important.
