🚀 Behind Haye's Innovation:
There were quite a few turning points in the conception of this idea
1.We realized that the existing Chrome translation plugins were limited in functionality and lacked flexibility, which was unsatisfactory.
2.Inspiration came from everyday life, whether searching for an API at work or looking up the spelling of a word in daily life; we often found ourselves needing to make continuous inquiries.
3.Faced with Apple’s development team not yet integrating model capabilities into the macOS ecosystem, we thought it better to take action ourselves and provide sufficiently lightweight scenarios for users to enjoy the wonders brought by different large models on macOS.
4.We recognized that knowledge workers are early beneficiaries of large model technology. Although the products on the market are powerful, their usability is still not satisfactory. We wondered if we could integrate more deeply with the operating system, hence introducing the concept of the AI toolbar.
5.We hoped to find a way to automatically integrate daily fragmented knowledge for future use by personal models, which would be a significant advancement.
