Their trial to subscription conversion happend in an unethical fashion. When I messaged them about the fact that I am not using their service and I'd like my money back, they refused; so I am disputing their charges. Horrible customer-service, avoid if possible!
Tried the video making AI tool - easy and pretty cool. Simple enough.
Weak customer support. Charges you without even notifying the customer. Processing of refund takes 1 to 2 weeks? Seriously,
