Good for simple needs, but still not sure why so popular. More flexibility and functions with Excel (especially VBA), but both have some issues. Everyday use, great, more complex use, not as good.
Google Sheets is a fantastic tool for collaboration, allowing multiple users to work on spreadsheets in real time. It's user-friendly and integrates well with other Google services, but it can struggle with larger datasets compared to Excel.
If I need some kind of simple and quick spreadsheet, it's always Google Sheets.
Even if it’s not very simple. For example with formulas, etc.
I used to use Excel, but now I only use Google Sheets
