What's the intended consequence of the tasks expiring? I fail to see how it would make the user more compelled to add tasks as it provides less flexibility for the task list (can't have tasks that have a time horizon over a day) and to some extent removes the gratification of 'completing a task' since it may just have expired. Unless the 'timer' is showed to people in a ubiquitous fashion prompting them to act on the tasks, which it inherently cannot being a web app, I think I fail to see the advantage.
I don't mean to sound overly critical, I'm just curious about the thoughts behind this.
@ubbedall Thanks for the feedback! I think the idea is to sit down in the morning, add a bunch of stuff that you'd like to get done for the day, and check them off one-by-one. I think it creates a sense of urgency and incentive to check stuff off before it disappears to be forgotten about.

The whole point of a list of things to do is that they stay that way.
Pros:Not tried it yet. I don't need more stress creators like this.
Cons:I don't need a tool whose memory is worse than mine.
