G-hr.growth.pet was created by pet care industry professionals to help their colleagues affected by the Russian-Ukrainian war. G-hr connects people who are looking for a job with people who are ready to give them one, and volunteers who want to help them.

Hi, I’m Roman and I’m one of the co-founders of Growth.pet - a business management solution for the grooming industry. Every day pet industry professionals who are fleeing their homes reach out to us and our advisor George Goginashvili (founder of G-point grooming shop chain and a Grooming Academy in Ukraine) looking for help with finding a job in a new country.
We’ve put all of our efforts into creating a service that will connect prospective employees with employers and volunteers all over the world. We are convinced that it is important to not only help refugees move to a safe place, but also provide them with work as soon as possible to give them a sense of purpose, and help them become an integral part of society right from the start.
We’ve already had more than 200 people sign up, and almost half of them are willing to provide a job and/or accommodation.
How can you help?
You could share information about this project with people from the pet care industry who might be looking to hire, or with volunteers who want to help refugees with settling down in a new country by providing them with initial housing/help with getting their documents in order, etc.
