I began using Formaloo more than a year ago. I was intrigued by its promise of piping data into apps.
As I've used Formaloo, I've bumped up against a variety of bugs, most of which have been solved by the support staff.
More significantly, I've come to understand that Formaloo promises things that aren't yet reality. They sell their vision for app building, portal building, and interconnected forms before it's really there. This can be disappointing, especially when ETAs get bumped repeatedly. But when Formaloo is evaluated for what it is, not for how it compares with its marketing, it remains a powerful tool. Even though the vision isn't entirely reality yet, the vision still informs the ethos of the product.
