Gregor here, hope this helps you not get distracted <3
FocusNudge is a tiny app that lives in your status bar.
Whenever you switch to a distracting app, your personalized Focus will appear, gently reminding you of what you wanted to do.
Your FocusNudge is fully customizable: you can set the apps that should trigger it, you can set the length that your Nudge should appear and much more.
Thank you for your support and comments.
Cool product! Can I set up nudges for switching between too many browser tabs instead of different apps?

@aishwaryalohi Definitely a feature for the future Aishwarya! I wanted to ship nimble and fast first and then build on features later.
Will name that Version Number "Lohi", so look out for it ;)
haha :P
Hey @jorne
It looks like a really cool feature. However, the info on the website is too vague? First time looking at it I am not sure how it works, or if I need it?
The misconception is that we do not need notifications to be focused and mostly the apps blocks notification to help us focus.
As a PM and a user I am missing initially the value from the product. I suggest to add more info on what's the value for me as a user to use it or record a short video to show me how it works. I think you are loosing many users in the begging of the funnel because of unclear value for the user. Good luck with the app!

@lozzzko hey there. I have a video up here on the ProductHunt page of FocusNudge that shows you how it works.
Quite opposite to notifications that distracts you from what you are currently doing, this is a ‘notification‘ to get you back on track when you switch to an app you flagged as distracting (say when you go from CAD to Safari).
@jorne I ment on the website. The goal is to clearly present the value proposition.
