I'm a customer since their early days. It was a 5 star experience then, now they have massively improved.
I had some minor problems a couple of times, but the customer support is excelent, so they all got solved
With the ever looming dangers of internet addiction and procrastination, in my view every computer and smartphone should come with blocking and time scheduling options. As they currently don't, Focus Me is by far the best option available to meet this need. It offers a truly wide range of possible features and ways to costumize it for your individual use and with its impenetrable security locks you can make sure you do indeed stay on the track you intended. A truly robust and reliable app, with the best part of it being the ever helpful support team, who are working daily to implement new features and solve costumer queries in order to make an already excellent application even better. It is also available at a lower rate than it probably should be for what it offers to the user.
This is by far the best app I've used. If like my old self, you are spending too much time on ... whatever (reading the news/sports/youtube/social media/emails etc.) either during work or during your family time, this one is for you. I've tried so many other apps to restrict myself, but they weren't close to FocusMe. Both in the functions it enables you (such as 10 minutes of news every hour, or 1 hour of youtube per day, or no amazon during working hours), and in letting you decide beforehand whether the block would be circumventable and to what degree. I also discussed it with my 12 year old son, who was happy to install it on his computer and set a daily 1 hour limit to minecarft. It's not cheap, but I got my money's worth back within a day or two. If that not enough, their support is extraordinary. I sent the support a few emails and they always got back to me within a day, with detailed explanation and solved every problem I had, and then followed it up to make sure that they solved my problem. I strongly recommend.
This software is a life changer for me, without any exaggeration. Other block software are often very easy to circumvent. Focusme actually blocks the sites/apps every time and has great features, for example, you have to input a certain amount of characters to stop the block. This is great because you really don't want to put in the characters as it takes a long time, so you won't just stop the block immediately. But at the same time you do have the option to stop the block in case of an urgent matter. This allows you to set very strict blocks and still have the possibility to change it afterwards, but not too easily! This is an almost perfect solution that I haven't really seen on other block softwares. Thank you so much to FocusMe! Without this software I would maybe be able to get done half as much as I get done right now (probably even less). Digital distractions - social media, tiktok, youtube, are the poison of today and you should limit yourself quickly so that you can become the 100% version of yourself, instead of a 30-50% version of yourself.
FocusMe is amazing! If you have a hard time focusing on online work and get distracted easily you need Focusme. FocusMe forces you to work by blocking apps and websites that you choose. What is great about FocusMe is that if you set it up correctly it will be virtually impossible to uninstall. So it forces you to get work done. 10/10 - Buy if you are a procrastinator and need help!
