
I started using Flowlu a year ago, and it's brilliant! Ofc I had some difficulties sometimes when I had to contact the support team, but all my requests were resolved anyway so it's ok. I really like how project management, finances, CRM, and invoicing are working together in Flowlu, so you can manage all activities at once. But since Flowlu has lots of good and useful features, sometimes it's hard to implement Flowlu to your business, especially if you didn't try such a software before. But the community is friendly, and the help center is a good thing when you need to find some basic information just now.
The email function is working with a 1-2 hour delay, but I am paying for the package where updates should be every 5 minutes. The support team promised me they would resolve this problem six months ago. The problem was not resolved.

I work in the sales department and our CEo decided to implement Flowlu as a software to increase sales, but then it turned out to be the whole ERP for us. First of all, I’d like to talk more about a CRM module, because this module I use most of the time. Automations are really powerful and I like that I can monitor them on my notification board. And I was really impressed by web forms, they're very handy when it comes to automated conversion of website users to the CRM leads. Pipelines are easy to build and the whole interface is really intuitive. My team also uses the task module, because it’s more convenient to keep our activities visualized. As we had to communicate a lot with other departments, it’s good that Flowlu has its own messenger and you don’t need to switch between apps. Pros Very intuitive and user-friendly. Saves a lot of time on regular tasks with its automated rules and also helps with prioritizing activities. I like that the whole company can use Flowlu for different purposes and we can communicate right in the app. Btw, the updated mobile app is very useful too. Cons It was hard to find webforms after the update, had to text the support team

All my company's intelligence is centralized on this platform. I've tested many different platforms before, but the only one that has managed to bring together all the best features, such as Invoice, Project Management and Financial Management, e.g., is Flowlu. I highly recommend Flowlu to everyone!

And I really love how they're working on Agile module, there are always many new features in there. The CRM module can be fully automated and linked to the financial module, so I send most of the invoices automatically. It took just a few days to figure out how everything is working in Flowlu and setup everything. It's extremely helpful for the CRM beginners, freelancers and small businesses. And it's affordable as well, even if you have a big team, you pay not per user, but for the team at once.
Flowlu has been a game changer for our agency. The product is stable and has been improving too.
