I love this app. It is really beautiful, has a ton of great free content, workouts, nutrition, meditation, stress management. I recommend it to clients all the time. It has classes really great delivery and easy to use.
Great app for those who want to be sporty and want to train at home. I'm using this app for a couple of months and it's super comfortable. I can train 6 min when I'm in a hurry, or have a dance between lessons, or squeezy abs workout! Also, my friends are using, so we have a great community to support and challenge each other!
