Hello Product Hunt. I'd like to share my latest project with you. It's called Fit.AI and here's what it does:
# Ultra personalized workout plans
Workout plans are generated by AI, completely custom based on what you tell it
# Work out with your friends
You can invite your friends and see when they complete each workout for a friendly competition. There are also notifications for when a friend completes a workout
#Wisdom and article of the day
Learn more about how to get fit and how your body actually works
#Streak
Stay motivated with a streak and unlock new rewards as you keep your streak, such as new app icons and new themes
# Apple Health integration
Your workouts are automatically logged to Apple Health with the correct duration.
I'd love to know what you think if you decide to try it. You can use promo code SAVE25 for 25% off any plan.
@cristianmoisei loved the idea, more so working out with friend. It gives that accountability partner we all need. Are you also planning to include some video analytics to make sure workout is done in a right way and AI can help improve posture?
@prad_vv Hello and thank you for the feedback. Video analytics is not something I'm planning right now. I am not sure how accurate they are, but I will explore this in the future.
@muhammad_salman39 Hello, unfortunately I can only code for iOS and macOS and I am just one person making this app. I would love to bring it to Android one day if that becomes feasible.
Congrats on the launch @cristianmoisei ! Making fitness more accesible is a great goal, so I supported it.
But it is also important to make sure that the exercises are right for each individual: from getting the right plan for them to executing the rgith form while exercising. How does the app ensure that? Did you work with professionals or is it just an Ai algorithm and if so, what type of database does it use?
@lumi_muu Hello and thank you for the feedback and questions. The AI will take into account many different factors, including age, fitness level, equipment available, but also things like injuries and limitations or user preferences. So if someone has a knee injury or recently had surgery or just doesn't like squats, the AI will take this into account when generating a workout plan.
