Resellers stay engaged in real-time with their customers and they never have to move between social content and their webshop to complete transactions. How does it work? List vintage, preloved clothing and accessories on Fillip, providing all the relevant details. Create a new video or upload an existing one, attach your products and post. Go live, attach products and share the link with your audience. Reseller gets notified once there’s a sale. Download the Fillip app on App Store or Play Store to start selling your preloved clothing or discover others selling great items on the Fillip app. You can follow resellers or favourite items you find to start a conversation with resellers. Since Fillip is UK’s first video-commerce sustainable fashion marketplace, we will initially serve UK consumers and extend our services to mainland Europe later. We charge a 20% commission to resellers and we provide pre-paid delivery bags to enable peer-to-peer delivery post sale. We are working on integrating dispute resolution, reseller background checks, reseller reviews and ratings features.
