Fantastical

Fantastical makes scheduling easy, especially now with the ability to share my openings and create meeting proposals. But I'm looking for something like how X.ai used to work as a scheduling assistant. I guess that's Clara. But it's expensive. Anyway, Fantastical has great integration with other apps like Airmail and Todoist which I use often as part of my productivity workflow.

Used to be perfect and free, now you need a subscription for the least you need.

Have been using it for years. but it's notifications are not really working good and it stated to get in to my nerves unfortunately.

Lifesaver in all things quick scheduling. It's almost always intuitive. I use it on my Macbook and my iPhone regularly. This is my go-to app that I have paid for for years.
