Product Hunters, We intend to vastly simplify Marketing analytics and decisioning using AI.
Setting up a good analytics stack itself is too complex. One has to first setup all the data connectors accurately and push the data into a warehouse. Then one has to do the right data modelling, define the right metrics and dimensions. And finally build dashboards using another tool and get answers to only a small set of specific questions. Even then, you don’t get the entire journey of the customer and get only aggregated reports from data silos.
Instead, we have built an analytics product specifically for Marketers and GTM teams - where you can set up and start getting data from Ad Channels, website and CRM’s in a matter of minutes. We understand the data and capture all the touch points and stitch the entire user journey across data sources. In fact, you can also track how the customer moves within the CRM by observing state transitions and defining new events like Demo Booked, Became MQL, Became SQL etc. And then allow you to run adhoc queries with a rich array of visualizations, instead of being limited by predefined metrics and reports.
The AI part comes into play to not just give answers to questions that are asked - but to give answers to questions that should have been asked. During my research in IISc, I had worked on developing fast algorithms to mine patterns from streaming neurological data. This led to the idea that these techniques can be used to summarize user behaviours too. While querying for one funnel itself can be computationally intensive on the raw data - we have built efficient algorithms to mine large number of journeys and store a large number of user clusters within each journey. So now, instead of asking a specific question, you can query your end goal - and we look at thousands of journeys and segments affecting the end goal and surface the most interesting ones automatically. Similarly we also monitor all the KPI’s and looks for changes in the KPI’s and automatically alert with a root cause analysis to explain the change.
