Terrible, half baked feature, absolutely no customer support!! My order had 3 items, I returned all 3, and the seller issued 3 separate refunds. Great! Guess what, FP pay gave me back 2 refunds and said "Sorry we cant issue the rest of it, because there is no protection on the purchase". Why the f**k did I need protection? This is straight up fraud. You received 3 refunds from seller, all you had to do was to forwarded it to me, what do you mean you cant??????
