Excuse Me Officer

This platform and project started back in 2015 after having to juggle the paradox that is being a black child of a police officer in America while also dealing with a close friend nearly being murdered by someone also carrying the badge. I wanted a safe place for the public, where all police stories could be told. The heroic deeds, the cops who we're thankful for, the little encounters where we wish we could just tell a manager, the clear abuse of power and every event in between. A place to finally upload captured footage and the ability to get it to a stranger who has the story it belongs to. #XMO was built with that very mission in mind. Providing direct micro data on how the public perceives it is being policed. Allowing more accuracy in analyzing officers, districts and police departments at large. Increasing the ability for departments to properly promote, accredit and/or discipline the men and women in blue. #XMO was built for us all. Please Enjoy.
