Way to go! Huge problem we had at Atlassian was to categorize the 1000s of pieces of feedback we'd get a week and build insights that are actionable for teams and influenced roadmaps.
Every company should be more user obsessed and Enterpret provides companies with the tools to do it, analyzing feedback from customers where they provide it. Congrats on the launch!
Looks super neat! Really exciting to see a product that prioritizes + centralizes feedback all in one place! Being able to automate and scale customer feedback reports has always been really challenging so this seems like a great solution!
We use Enterpret at Loom to get insights across all social, internal support tooling, public feedback boards, and more. It's magical! As a happy customer, I've seen first hand how seriously Enterpret take their own customer feedback. Will the product generate a product strategy for you, no ;-) But will it help you quantify and qualify the firehose of customer feedback to inform your strategy and prioritisation, yes!
